H.E Ambassador Mohamed Ali Moumin, Dean of the Arab Ambassadors group, paid a farewell visit, on Tuesday 13 July 2021, to Doctor Bader Othman Malallah , Director General of the Arab Planing Institute on the occasion of the end of his duties as ambassador in the State of Kuwait.
