Note:- The following document should be provided for the consular services

• National Identity Card of the father or mother (+ copy)
• Copy of the passports of the parents
• Copy of resident Kuwaiti permit of the parents
• Original (+ copy) of Kuwait birth certificate
• One photography of the child
• Declaration of new born should be in the first ten days, in case of exceeding this period, Judicial proceedings should be done in Djibouti to issue a child's birth certificate.
