On Monday 18/12/2023 the Representative of the President of the Republic of Djibouti, H.E the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Mahmoud Ali Youssef conveyed his duty of Condolence to the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshaal AL-Ahmad AL-Jaber AL-Sabah for the death of the late Emir Sheikh Nawaf AL-Ahmad AL-Jaber AL-Sabah.

The Minister expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Governement , and to the brotherly people of Kuwait.

The Minister was accompanied by H.E Abdoulkader Houssein Omar the Ambassador of the Republic of Djibouti to the State of Kuwait.
