    His Excellency Ambassador Issa Khaireh Robleh met, on Monday 29 December 2025, Dr Adel Abdallah Alwugayan, Director General of the Arab Planning Institute at the Institute’s headquarters.

    During the meeting the two parties discussed the ways to develop and strengthen the distinguish relationship between the Republic of Djibouti and the Arab Planning Institute.Djibouti is a member of the Institute’s Board of Trustees.
