H.E Ambassador Mohamed Ali Moumin received on Thursday 01 November 2018, Dr. Saud Hilal Al Harbi, Director General of the Arab Organization for Education Culture and Science, (ALECSO). During this meeting the two sides discussed the ways of developing cooperation between the Republic of Djibouti and ALECSO. Dr. Harbi is preparing an official visit to the Republic of Djibouti this week.
