The Ambassador Mohamed Ali Moumin met on, Sunday 23 February 2020, Dr. Hilal Musaed Al-Sayer, Chairman  of the Board of the Kuwait Red Crescent Society. The aim of the meeting was to convey the appreciation of the people and the government of the Republic of Djibouti for the job done by the teem of Red Crescent on their last relief trip to the Republic of Djibouti for needy people which were affected by the Floods. The Ambassador also took this occasion to discuss with Dr. Al-Sayer the ways to strength, develop a partnership between the Kuwaiti Red Crescent Society and the Djibouti Red Crescent, because the Kuwaiti Red Crescent plays an important role in Africa in the relief field.
