I am pleased to welcome you to the official website of the Embassy of the Republic of Djibouti to the State of Kuwait. It is a great honor for me to represent my beloved country as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the State of Kuwait, and to work with dedication and sincerity to strengthen the deep-rooted bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between our two brotherly nations, under the wise leadership of His Excellency President Ismaïl Omar Guelleh, and his brother His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait — may God protect and preserve them both.

I am deeply delighted to serve in this gracious country, with which we share strong historical and fraternal ties. The kind-hearted people of Kuwait are well known for their generosity, hospitality, and spirit of warmth and harmony. With God’s help and guidance, I look forward to implementing the directives of His Excellency the President of the Republic, in cooperation with our brothers in Kuwait, to promote our mutual interests, drive progress and prosperity in both our countries, and coordinate positions on regional and international issues of common concern.

The Embassy of the Republic of Djibouti warmly welcomes everyone interested in exploring investment opportunities, embarking on enjoyable tourist journeys, or learning about our rich culture and heritage. The embassy also seeks to build bridges of cooperation across various fields, in a way that serves shared interests and strengthens the bonds of brotherhood between our peoples.
