His Excellency Ambassador Issa Khairi Robleh presented his credentials to His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the Amir of the State of Kuwait, as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Djibouti to the sisterly State of Kuwait, on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.

During the meeting, His Highness the Amir praised the distinguished relations between the two countries and wished the Ambassador a pleasant stay in his second home, Kuwait.

For his part, the Ambassador expressed his gratitude to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait for the warm reception and generous hospitality, conveying to him the greetings of his brother, His Excellency President Ismail Omar Guelleh.

The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Amiri Diwan Affairs, Sheikh Hamad Jaber Al-Ali, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Al-Yahya, and several state officials.
